This pattern contains directions to make a twin size quilt which measures 75 x 96 inches when complete. Some experience in quilt assembly is required. This is a PDF file available for immediate download upon receipt of payment.
Make this super easy and fun scrap quilt to use up those 3-inch and 5-inch charm squares! Each 7-inch block takes one of each size charm square plus two 3 x 5 inch rectangles. This quilt is a fun, quick way to use up scraps of fabric and left-over charm squares. Finished size is about 75 x 96 inches.

I have made three of these quilts. They are quick to make and create a beautiful top when done. I used mostly darks and mediums in the first one, old squares I had been saving in the second one, and a mix of darks and mediums with some lights on the third one. I love how all three of them came out!

Quilt Size Guide
Standard mattresses vary in thickness from 7” to 24”. Older mattresses are thinner while newer pillowtop mattresses are thicker. A 15” overhang would be fine on a bed with an older mattress. However, it would not work as well for a bed with a pillowtop mattress as it would leave about half of the mattress height exposed. When calculating length, take into consideration the distance needed to cover the height of the bed pillows if you wish your quilt to cover the pillows rather than lay under them. About 12 inches is the average except on a toddler bed, where you only need about 4 inches.
